For billing type G2 (credit memo)
Sales Office 1, number range should be 100 to 999
Sales Office 2, number range should be 1000 to 1999
Sales Office 3, number range should be 2000 to 2999
Please give the main steps of the functional specification document, so that based on the FS a development could be done.
By describing the FS (initial version), it would be clear and also help SapSd.

The number range in basically picked up from the VOFA field "Number range int. assignment". This is the first step. From here if the customers wants further bifurcation of number ranges (for example region in this case), then this number range mentioned in VOFA can be further assigned to the desired characteristics (region, etc) which can be mapped using the custom table.
After this the next help would be from the user exit while saving the document to assign the appropriate number ranges from the custom table. |
