Further, I had this problem in a test environment also but only when I had "4" for printing the output condition. SAP could not find the printer as it was deleted and even though SAP allocated the sales order number, it wasn't saving it to the database.

When I display sales order using va03 it shows "SD document XXX is not in the database or has been archived". I have also checked it through ALO1 it is now showing in database & archive. Please help. Is it the issue with system or with SD process?
