RE:[sap-log-sd] Outbound Delivery confirmed quantity does not equal sales order confirmed quantity

Hi Victor,

Is there a pattern e.g. when sales order has confirmed quantity 20 or more EA, then delivery has delivery quantity 1 less than confirmed quantity?

What is the status of the sales order, with delivery quantity in the deliveries 1 less than confirmed quantity? (e.g. Being processed or Fully processed or......)

Does this happen across sales document types and delivery types or for some particular sales document types and delivery types?

Take a look in to copy control VTLA and compare your settings with standard settings of LF <-- OR, TAN

Subject: Outbound Delivery confirmed quantity does not equal sales order confirmed quantity

Howdy,

We have seen a few instances where the Delivery Quantity in an Outbound Delivery does not equal the confirmed quantity on a Sales Order. The Delivery Quantity is usually one case less than what is confirmed on the sales order, even though we still have more product available.

Any help is appreciated.
