When we open order reason, it shows various options like: excellent price damaged in transit material ruined good service customer recommendation Why would the order reason ever be 'damaged in transit'? So I presumed that 'order reason' probably has dual role :D .... I am really confused at this point. Could you please clarify. Thanks and regards, saps
