According to my knowledge.....

The text items (TXTA Item) are not manufactured as a part of standard products of the company E.x maybe documentation, some gratuitous items being sent these have no effect on the MRP, & have no schedule lines therefore. The standard item category that's why does not contain the schedule lines.
You can go to customization in item category configuration VOV7, you may switch on the schedules after which you text item category would have the schedules lines activated in your text item category. They can be activated as per your clients requirements.

Why do we have the scheduled Line Category CD for service item, when there is no delivery, no movement type or anything written for CD.
