Unfortunately your post is not that clear to me.
After you facing problem while creating Debit memo request (VA01) or you are facing problems while creating a debit memo (billing type document)?
If your debit memo (billing document) the problem exists, then please describe the process sequentially (ref to billing document, removing billing block, creating debit memo etc. etc.)
The solution could like in creation of item category VOV7, assignment of item category VOV4, copy control.

We are receiving on invoice only orders when adding service materials, we also are unable to save the invoice and have had to come out of it without saving.
From "create Debit memo:overview" screen in "item overview" tab I am giving the material and target quantity with Billing date, billing block ( check debit memo) and pricing date.
The error message shows "No item category available (Table T184 ZDM DIEN)
Please suggest how to come out of this error message as we can not put the service material on the invoice. |
