RE:[sap-log-sd] SD Document 12082 is not in Database or Has Been Archieved

It is very likely that an error occurred whilst the system was trying to save the sales order to the database tables. In saving the sales order (or any other document), SAP will issue the document number before it has saved the complete record to the database. As a result you may be given a sales order number (like 12082) that actually does not exist (and never has).
Check transaction code ST22 to see if any runtime errors occurred under your user ID. Also check your SAP office in-box for any messages. I foyu can't find any messages, try to re-create the order and pay attention to any messages you receive during the creation. You may be able to use them to investigate further.
