Hi Dilip,

Your post is interesting, but unfortunately not entirely clear to me.

1. You mention - "closed sales orders" and "customer returns". Could you please explain in more detail? (customers had returned the material.....)

2. and how did you load these closed sales orders?

If I remember correctly we configured a new order type with no delivery and billing capabilities.
And loaded those closed sales orders.
This was several years back.
We did this for allowing customer returns.
