Dear Mr. Typewriter,

Closed SOs are those for which AR is complete, hence they don't have any relevance except for MIS. But, when we are migrating, there could be certain sales orders which might be still relevant for returns. eg: returns before 90 days from delivery.

So, it is very important that we capture this data.

1. You mention - "closed sales orders" and "customer returns". Could you please explain in more detail? (customers had returned the material.....)

2. and how did you load these closed sales orders?
