Have you maintained the conversion rate between USD and the original currency in which the item's pricing conditions are maintained?

The currency is not getting updated in the table VBAP. The currency was supposed to be copied from the header table VBAK for a Sales Order. When creating a Sales Order the currency WAERK is not shown in VBAP table. VBAK-WAERk is USD. Because the billing batch job is not picking up these orders and the batch job log says currency conversion is not possible.
