[sap-log-sd] How to see the tax on quote analysis

Dear experts,
Our client requirement is that when a different quotation comes from the suppliers, how can we see and analyze through the report that which has supplier has quoted what price? Because if supplier X is giving the price with the GST and other is giving the price without GST. And we are using Oracle 12i.
Is there any work around of it?
