Hi I have a requirement where i need to process advertising materials as free of charge in the sales order. I already have item categories setup for the process. ZPAS - for chargeable materials ZPFF - for free materials Issue - When a material is free it can be free for a number of different reasons and I do not have visibility of this in the current SAP process. e.g. the goods can be free because they have been paid for already via an allocated sales fund. We have three types of fund in the current business process. Sales rep customer Key account The materials sold via a fund should be processed as free using Itca "ZPFF" at line item level. 1, Can someone advise me on the best way to manage this in the sales order first. 2. Each type of fund needs to hit a different GL account. Depending on the attribute that I need to maintain. How can I then influence the financial postings for each of the funds? I have thought about creating additional item categories, but now I'm thinking about using "usage indicators" to do this instead as we already have the relevant item categories..
