How does SAP know the value of EDI1 (or EDI2) when sales order is created via EDI IDOC? 2. Sales order creation is an inbound IDOC (coming from customer); it will only provide information like customer details, material, quantity etc. However, these IDOCS do not have the information of pricing (except customer expected price EDI1). To process sales orders successfully pricing will be determined in SAP only. For the determination all config steps to be maintained in SAP. If these conditions are deleted sales order creation would fail in ECC. Let me know if I would understood the requirement wrongly.
