Sap Sale Module: [sap-log-sd] Pricing condition record

Hi,

We have one pricing condition record for condition type Pr00 for sales org 2010/00/00 for customer A.

now if two users create two sales orders at the same time for same customer A and sales org 2010/00/00 . will they be able to do it.....

will the same condition record get populated at the same time in both the sales orders...... Won't there be a lock on the condition record if two users are creating sales order at the same time for same customer and same sales area as said above ??If not then why not ?
