Kindly clarify first of all is there any exicse duty on consignment sale/transfer of leather accessoies from factory if yes then how much,
Second on what price should be invoice raised on Tradeable value or sale value and duty will be charged on what amount .
Since if difference in retail price and trade value of leather accessories then which vlaue duty be calculated.
how to treat return of left out goods and is there any time frame for return and how we should account in excise return
kindly clarifty the above issue urgently please
