Go to v/30 and find ur output type (wiz. AN00 Quotation) and got edit mode and default values and make transmission medium as simple mail.

I suggest if i m wrong.

Review V/30 and output type AN00.

You will need the assistance of Basis with SOST / SCOT, as well as a fax server that is linked with SAP. Not sure these days if SAP supplies a basic fax server application with the ECC!!
