Hi Sibel,

The best option would be to go to "Analysis Output" & check it (VL02N or VL03N > Extras > Delivery Output > Header > Goto > Determination analysis)

Some remarks, for Output type coming automatically in Dlv -
1. If output types are NOT FOUND (in "Analysis Output"), then these Output types shall not come in your delivery. So, in Analysis Output look for output types FOUND.

2. Even if output types are Found, they maynot come in the delivery. The reason for this is that the particular value has not been found (for example for Transmission medium 2 = Fax; if fax number is not maintained in the correct partner function, then Output can be found; but no fax number)

3. In condition record, if you are specificing a different Partner (for example in VV21 for LD00, you have SH = 421; & in delivery Partner function SH = 425) Then, output type shall be found, but that Output type shall not feature in the delivery

4. If the information is adequate & filled in (correct or not correct) & output type is found; then the output shall come in the delivery. The status (traffic light) would be Red, Yellow or Green.

5. Finally, I think your assignment procedure is Ok, your output type - which you type manually in the delivery - is also in the output procedure. Please go through the above points & maybe the issue shall be solved.

I have got a warning message when i create an outbound delivery via VL01N , the delivery output does not come automatically we need to enter the output type in each time we create the delivery how can I overcome this problem?
