Hi Mina, Interesting question! May I ask why you are asking that? I think both scenarios would be the same, as you have Scenario 1 = Ord1 20 --> Ord 2 20; & Ord 1 20 --> Ord 310 Scenario 2 = Ord1 20 --> Ord 2 20 --> Ord 310 In both case you shall have to copy and then change quantity from 20 to 10, for Ord 3. PO #, PO date etc. has to be given for Ord 2 and 3 irrespective of Scenario 1, 2. And check all 3 doc shall have to be done. I would go for any one. If there are 50X2 items - then first time I shall go for scenario 1 and the next time go for scenario 2 Regards, Typewriter
