Can you please explain the exact steps to realize your below advice -
"Create the dependencies to make the variant keys for the black variant"

My requirement is same as Vikram's req.; his post is below**

Based on your advice, I tried -
In CT04, for characteristic = COLOR, [Values] value = black, Extra > Object Dependencies - I try to give source code $self.Z_DISCOUNT='black' at 000020
I get "Error in syntax check"

**Hello all,
I have configured a variant configuration for a product called Motorbike,
where the characteristics are color - green and black, model - 100cc, 135cc
and 250 cc. I have done all the necessary configurations (characteristics,
class, config profile, dependencies etc..) and the sales order is
determining the variants and the price perfectly.
Now my requirement is I want the system to apply a discount when I choose...say, black motorbike. (value of black = 120Euro; then 10% discount on black = (10/100)*120 = 12Euros
So I maintained the condition record for condition type VA01. But
the problem is, the discount is being applied for Total (i.e. price of 100cc and black, put together). I just want it to apply the discount for "black" (i.e. 12Euros). How can I do it?

Is your discount condition , a variant condition type. If not, then copy
VA00 to mae a discount condition type. Create the dependencies to make the
variant keys for the black variant and maintain the conditin record against
the newly created condition type. (Of course yu have to include the newly
created condition type in pricing procedure)
