Using t- code XD05 you could enter sales order and delivery blocks that would prohibit orders and deliveries. You would need to release those blocks when the customer is re-opened for business.

Hi,

We have a huge amount of customers, happy we are isn't it ? But some of them will be close during the summer period. If we send goods to them we have to paid for the goods delivery and for the stock during the period (stock in the deliveries companies).

How we could specify in SAP the period when it is required not to deliver those customers ?

Actually we have an Excel sheet with the start and ending date for each customers and we set the block delivery code manually.
