(with out doing any further steps) In VL01N, please try creating a delivery for that order & your shall receive the following error message -
Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check
Message no. VL060
That would "reinforce" the advice given by Linda.

If the order is on credit hold then the value of that order will not reflect in FD32. It does not show in FD32 until the order is released
