Dear Imran, Have you thought of followings for secondary / indirect sales, you could import the indirect sales into BW. Alternatively, you could import the indirect sales transactions into SAP R/3 and transfer these data into BW. To realize this second alternative in SAP R/3, you need to do some customizing eg new pricing procedure, new order type, new billing type, requirements, item cat etc. Of course, you need to set this up in such a way that, delivery and billing to customer are not triggered. In principle, it is like a dummy order with zero value. Also take into account financial postings and CO-PA, only if you implement CO-PA. It all depends on your requirement. Be aware that with approach, your SAP R/3 is line with your BW. Bottom line is, you can still achieve it help of good FICO consultant. Hope this will help and meanwhile I will try for some other work around to get the desired results. Kind Regards, Mohamad Ali 00447761084807

On a monthly basis our customer send sales details of how much of our product he has sold to end customers. This is for information and planning only. So currently different customers are sending excel files on this secondary sales info, we want to record this in SAP and generate reports based on this. I am aware we could do an ABAP Development, but before doing that I was exploring if there is any workaround we could do in standard SAP.
