If the order is on credit hold then the value of that order will not reflect in FD32. It does not show in FD32 until the order is released

Hi,

In FD32, please check if you have filled in field "Risk Category" (KNKK-CTLPC) for that customer.

I am assuming you have given the correct Credit control area in FD32
