1) one of the main reason the delivery does not get created immediately is due to the difference in plant calender.(Holidays and Weekends).
2) in the sales document for cash sale CS please make sure "create delivery immediately" option is selected.

If in VOV8, for CS sales document type, field immediate delivery is ACTIVATED, then in VA01 if delivery is NOT created then system shall give message something like -
cash sale order ##### (delivery not created)
1) Are you getting the above message?
If you are NOT getting this message, then - as Sarat has advised - check VOV8, your sales document type, field "Immediate delivery" tick it.
2) In VOV8 check if there is any delivery block
3) In VA01, check at item level, in Tab Schedule lines, are the goods confirmed / available?
4) In VL01N give case sale # and try to save.
If system is NOT creating a delivery #, then paste the error message.
This is a simple configuration, it should NOT be so difficult. |
