specific modules you are using now in SAP and throw some light on your
existing environment/business process in SAP SD.

Guys, before you re-invent the wheel, Check on something used by the Beverage or Consumer Products and Wholesale industry called DSD (Direct Store Delivery) and the scenario you describe is called "DSD Van Sales" that creates the sales order on POS (Point of Sale)
