The sequence be of price importance for the Material Tax Classification.
However for the Customer Master, the Condition types are taken in
Ascending order. So it's better if you can take all condition types into
consideration, arrange then in ascending order and then finally assign
sequence so that your material master and customer master will be in sync
with the tax Classification code.

Now if you want to maintain condition types

the sequence number will be the corresponding Tax Cust 1 , Tax Mat 1 and
Tax Cust 2 and tax mat 2. hope this reply would have helped your query

Subject: How the Tax Classification Material and Customer Will Play in Role if Four Different Tax Categories are Maintained Per Customer

Find the below Change view "Taxes:Tax Category by country":overview

COUNTRY DESCRIPTION SEQ TAX CATEGORY NAME
IN India 1 JIVC IN A/R CST Payable
IN India 2 JIVP IN A/R VAT Payable
IN India 3 JSVD Service Tax
IN India 4 JEC3 IN Ecess on Serv tax

Suppose if the sequence is 3 means, whether system will consider sequence as tax classification customer 2,tax classification material 2.

What is the use of creating 4 tax category per material or it is better to have one tax category maintain every thing based on condition record.
