We have a business scenario with RA type sales order , we do inbound delivery of defective product. We generate service order , and we do the repair. After repair we sent this repaired product back to customer.
In each step of repair schema , system generates new lines in order with different item categories.
When we come to phase of "sending repaired product to customer" , we create LF type of outbound delivery in VL01N referring to repair order / item category: IRAL.
But even I do the delivery, in MD04 , system still creates purchase order for repair order. (i repaired and sent already , there is no procurement needed )
In service order , I don't have any component assigned , so this cannot be relevant to service order .
