still shows as open or did someone do something manual on the delivery?
If it has been sent then probably just a case of setting the status to
complete manually on the child item to get rid of it.
Unless it happens consistently I doubt it's a SAP Bug but something that
wasn't quite right in your system config at the time of the transaction.

Yes, it seems the thing is very strange.
I have sales BOM for the sales order, the parent item has the status 'completed', but only one the child item has the 'open' status. all the other items are having the status 'Completed', that makes the order to be populated in the back order list, i do believe it is a SAP bug. any body can give me some idea on this?
