Did the goods issue for the main transaction actually issue the item that
still shows as open or did someone do something manual on the delivery?
If it has been sent then probably just a case of setting the status to
complete manually on the child item to get rid of it.
Unless it happens consistently I doubt it's a SAP Bug but something that
wasn't quite right in your system config at the time of the transaction. |
