Waza,
I don't like the idea of leaving them in the transaction if they can't use
it. I think it would be far better to kick them out or change to display
mode. Blocking all of the fields is not the same as display mode.
Everything else about it will still appear to be change mode and it will
therefore give a mixed message.

1. Contact SAP and produce your analysis document.
2. If (1) is unsuccessful, then review the MV50* programs for a fields modification. Or just use Menu Painter and grey out the menu.
