Unfortunately I don't have access to SAP OSS notes.
But I remember there is a good technical OSS note explaining
the "logic" how they store these data in the DB.

In general I can say : yes that's the way SAP stores internally
in all these tables pricing conditions. As long as you don't directly
read out data you don't have to care about this. Even if you have
to read out data you normally use SAP function moduls which care
about correct "conversion".

Seems also apply for every other currency, I just tried USD, the same. I key in 10%- off in front via VK11, and the record in KONP is 100.00-. Is this a configuration? of it is a method that DB store such data?
