Hi Eklavya,

Thank you for your post! I too have marked it as helpful!

SapSd,

When you say "region wise" please elaborate on it?
Is it region of customers (also, is it region of SP or region of PY ...), or region of plant or...?
Also please give the field and table name for region. This would make it very clear.

Eklavya, SapSd,

What would be your remark on the field "Number range int. assignment" in VOFA?
Should we have number range in VOFA or it should be kept BLANK?

Subject: User Exits for Number Range-Region Wise

Hi SapSd 2490,

For this you have to make a custom table where you assign your region to a number. This number can then be maintained inthe NRIV table.

Then use the exit "USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE", where you can maintain the logic in such a way that based on the region, the system is directed to the above mentioned custom table and picks up the designated number of the region and then it checks it against the entry in the NRIV table and allocates the number accordingly.
