No, there is not (unless you write code). I would suggest using either a scheduling agreement, contract or quote to hold the complete order and then create with reference to a regular order which will pull in the latest master data.

Is it possible to update a sales order with material master data change of
adding a storage location after there has already been a delivery posted
with out backing out deliveries or adding a new line to the order? This is
a single blanket sales order that is used multiple times for releases in
the future. Once a delivery has been made the update button is inactivated.
