So I think the system may not allow since tax condition type/VPRS is compulsory? is it ?

In transferring the stock from one plant to another within the same company code, the goods are not being "sold". Is that correct?
Furthermore these are samples, thus reinforcing that creation of sales orders are not correct, in this case.
