RE:[sap-log-sd] Partner Function SH Already Exists

Hi saps,

I have tested any case -

U (unique) for SH = BLANK

In XD01, I created multiple SH in a SP, like the example you have given -
SP 500025
BP 500025
PY 500025
SH 500025
SH 500028
SH 500029

Then go in to configuration and give -
U (unique) for SH = Active (ticked)

Then go to XD02, give in field "Customer" (KNA1-KUNNR) 500025, Button Sales Area Data, Tab Partner Functions try to add another SH. It would NOT be possible.

CONCLUSION - If when U for SH was BLANK, then in the customer master record multiple SH records are possible to be entered. But AFTER U for SH is activated, the adding the subsequent SH is NOT possible.
BUT the customer master record with MULTIPLE SH that already exists (i.e. created when U was BLANK) shall NOT be affected.

Subject: Partner Function SH Already Exists

Hi Mr.Kanabesa and Mr.Typewriter,

I have a very confusing situation here.
Two days before, I had created a SP 500025 for diff. company code which had:
SP 500025
BP 500025
PY 500025
SH 500025
SH 500028
SH 500029
Why did it allow then?

Thanks and Regards,
saps
