Reply from ChrisO on Jan 9 at 10:50 AM Transaction code XD99 is 'customer mass maintenance', which allows a field to be changed by the same value across all records easily (or you can adapt it to make multiple changes by careful use of prepared sheets of data and careful selection of records by this T-code). You can get to all fields of most tables of the customer master by this transaction.
