In Standard SAP, one number range can be assigned to document type. But
your business looking additional number should be triggered while creating
invoice, then you have to go for User Exit.
USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE .
in Billing Programme - RV60AFZZ , by using this user exit , you can insert
the required no.ranges for region wise. You have to give logic based on
your business requirement.
