Reply from PSD Rajan on Jan 30 at 8:36 AM If the payment amount was incorrect in the credit memo request, you can reactivate the line in the CMR and then change the payment amount in the conditions tab and then create the billing document. This will be updated in the rebate agreement when billing is done. The system will not allow you to change the status back to B since the CMR is already created.

The rebate agreement now has an open accrual which I cannot access as it tells me the agreement has status "Final settlement". How can I now pay the correct amount?
