Please do the following to resolve this issue:-
Go to
SPRO -> S&D -> Master Data -> Define Common Distribution Channels
Select the required key combination of Sales organization and distribution Channel and specify the same distribution channel for the fields as per below example:-
SOrg Dch-Conds Dch-Cust/Mt
1000 10 10
Then go to :
SPRO -> S&D -> Master Data -> Define Common Divisions
Select the required key combination of Sales organization and division and specify the same distribution channel for the fields as per below example:-
SOrg DivCon DivCus
1000 01 01
