Hi Experts,
My client has an issue with deliveries being created even though the delivery has no line items (1 sales order had 1700 deliveries created by a batch job running every 10 minutes). How can we prevent the delivery from being created when there are no line items?
The reason behind no line items not being copied from the sales order is because the item category was incorrectly determined in the order (material substitution in BOMs). The item category determination was not set up for the combination and the setting in the item category checked for 0 quantity so the sales order line item was removed from delivery.
