Hi,
To reverse the PGI, put the delivery number in VL09 and execute. By this the goods issue for that delivery shall be reversed. The picked quantity shall "go back" to the location from which it was picked, in the system.
One question - When a sales order, delivery and picking is done; thereafter the customer cancels the sale. Does your company not charge anything (for the activities and manhourse spent)?
