The menu path for copy control is:

As I said before:

SPRO --> Sales and Distribution --> Sales --> Maintain copy control

So the first step is to ask your developer to create a copy of Data
transfer routine 101 and add logic to check to see if the required field is
populated in the source document and if it is to copy it over as per normal
if not to go back to the Customer record for teh value in the KUNNAR field
based on the sales area the order is being created in and retrieve the
value from Customer Group 2

Then once the new routine has been created and activated follow the above
path go to Sales Document to Sales Document copy control, find the right
combination of Target --> Source document that reflects the business
process and change the Business header data value from 101 to the new
routine that has been created.
