Yes in VA02 it showing net price but in VA03 it is not.
And when I go for billing vf01it shows amount Rs 0 (zero).

It should not be like that. Because display mode just displays what you have created.

1. Go to VA02, check the net value. What is it?

2. Create a new sales order and check the net value in VA03.

3. Go to VA03, give in an old sales order and check net value.
