I think you're going to need to redetermine the checking group via a custom data transfer routine when copying between the sales order and delivery. The copy routines are created in VOFM and assigned to the item category in VTLA.

I apologize for the confusion. I realize you want very specific information but in (hopefully) plain English here is what I am trying to accomplish.

We performed a mass change to some of our plants to update the Availability Check on MRP3.

We want existing sales order items for those plants to use that when creating a delivery using VL10 without changing any dates on the sales orders.

I appreciate the feedback but don't know how to clarify any further.
