[sap-log-sd] Order Change Reason Report ZVGT1129

I was trying to obtain a list of Orders where the Billing block was removed using ZVGT1129. I did personally remove the billing block for Sales Order 31205509 and the report was not showing any results. When selection on my name the Report does show 2 changes performed on October, but not the Sales Order 31205509.

Please give me a solution to get this report complete in results displayed.
