But I am not seeing S067 at all in activating update node of SPRO. Where do you find that?

Subject: S066, S067 Info Structures
The S066 structure is to accumulate accruals for rebates; the S067 is for credit management. If you were to add the time dimension, the coding would have had to be much more complex to manage accruals/payments as well as open credit. Since neither accruals nor open credit value can go negative, if you added the date parameter, the chances of introducing bugs increases tremendously.
If this is so important for you, create your own infostructure that will enable the period reporting you are looking for without risking messing up standard SAP processing.
