Sap Sale Module: RE:[sap-log-sd] Pricing condition tye is assiging to pricing procedure determination

If you are using the fast entry option on the overview screen for entering the amount of your line item, is it expected that you will then have two conditions appear (one active and inactive) on the conditions tab for that line? Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

For example Sales area +DOPP+CUPP+Pricing procedure+ Pricing condition type---why this condition type can be assiginig to in the determination level.
