The problem is actually a bit different then originally reported. It appears that MD06 is not updating with the new MRP list after MRP/MPS batch job is finished. MD04, of course, reflects real time information and MD06 is only as current as the last MRP/MPS run. However, the batch jobs are running, the MRP list is created, but the changes are not reflected (i.e., planned order converted to process order) is not updating.

I have "some" materials that are not deleting the planned order or purchase req when the purchase order and/or planned order is created. The master data is consistant, the batch jobs for MRP/MPS is consistant, but the results are not. I have multi-plants, multi-company codes, and I am only having sporadic problems with one plant. All batch jobs are using 1=adopt planning modes. This type of inconsistancy is alarming. I hope someone can assist. |
