There's also T-code V_UC which gives a lot more selection fields, but none of them is 'Plant'. It's unlikely that any SAP standard report would look at sales orders by plant because there is not usually a direct connection between sales order and Plant - the direct connection is to Sales Org / Distribution Channel.

The item line in the sales order is plant related so you may be able to build a query based on the VBAK (SD Header), VBAP (SD Item) and VBUP (Item Status) tables to pick out VBAP-WERKS (Plant for item) and VBAP-PRCTR (Profit Centre for item).
