Hi John,

In general, I have found the content of the error messages, in SAP very helpful.

The error message this time is - "delivery split because of different shipping point." Thus even if you make the routes identical in the sales order, line items (if it is permitted via settings) still the issue might persist, as shipping points remain different.

Check the route field on the sales order - likely different routes on the sales line. Fix to the correct route and that should do it.
